Thread: Xbox 360 to Xbox One?
I purchased The Walking Dead Season One and 400 Days on the Xbox 360. My question is: Is there a way to transfer the purchase to my Xbox One?
I apologize for the inconvenience. Unfortunately the Xbox One version of The Walking Dead: Season One is sold separately, and is available for purchase from the Xbox Marketplace.
I have a similar question: is there a way to transfer the saves for season one (and season two) from xbox 360 to xbox one? I would be willing to buy the game again on the newer console if i could import my saves between consoles. I just want to know wether i can make a save transfer before i buy them again.
Unfortunately save files from Xbox 360 will not import to the Xbox One versions of Season One and Season Two.
What about for Game of Thrones, will save files import to Xbox One for this title?
Unfortunately Xbox 360 save files are incompatible with the Xbox One version of the game, and are not able to import to the Xbox One version.
wait so your telling me im going to have to put all of the hours that i put in on the 360 over again?
If so im not buying anymore telltale games
I apologize for any difficulties caused by this, unfortunately save files are unable to be imported between platforms. I will make sure to pass your interest in a cross-save feature, along to the team!
Will choices I made on the 360 version carry over to the Xbox 1 if not the actual save files?
Unfortunately choices are stored within the save files, which means that they are also incompatible between platforms. I apologize for any difficulties this may cause you.
it's not their fault entirely the saves aren't available cross-platform. Maybe if playstation and Microsoft worked with developers and publishers better, they'd be able to much more quickly.
