episode 2 wont load
I played episode 1 with minimal issues. When I try to play episode 2, I receive the following message: Unfortunately TWAU has stopped. I am running a Samsung Galaxy S3 with android version 4.4.2. There are similar posts to this. What I don't understand is if this is supposed to be a support page, where is the support? Seems like this is more of a venting page. We are able to post are issues, but where are the solutions. Doesn't make sense how Telltale didn't test this app on one of the most popular devices with one of the post popular operating systems. I paid good money for this app and I am hoping it is resolved soon.

I apologize for the inconvenience, and for the delayed response. Below are a few potential solutions:
1) Make sure your OS is updated to the most recent version
2) Force stop the application, and then relaunch it
3) Reset your WiFi settings by turning them Off, and back On then reconnect with the network.
4) Turn off your device for a few minutes, before attempting to launch the game again.
5) Go to the device’s Settings Menu, then go to Applications, then Manage Applications, and select the Game Application and tap ‘Clear Data’.
6) Delete the application from your device, and re-download it from the App Store (Please note that this will not delete your save data)
