Wolf Among Us XBox 360 won't start!

Hello,
I just bought this game and somehow it's not starting. I do get the intro where they ask me press start...then that's it. I was thinking about exchanging it at Gamestop but I'm thinking they all may have the same issue. Any suggestions?

    I apologize for the inconvenience. Does your Xbox 360 have an internal hdd? Please note that The Wolf Among Us requires a HDD.

    If you do have an internal hdd, please ensure you have at least 10% free space. You may want to try clearing your system's cache: http://support.xbox.com/en-US/xbox-360/system/clear-system-cache Please also ensure that you do not have the digital version installed, as this may cause complications with the disc version. Lastly, you may want to try disconnecting your Xbox 360 from the internet before launching the game.
