Hey,

I noticed that the game crashes whenever i try to open it when there is no wi-fi or LTE around. Is it normal ?

    I apologize for the inconvenience. Below are a few potential solutions:

    1) Make sure your OS is updated to the most recent version

    2) Force stop the application, and then relaunch it

    3) Reset your WiFi settings by turning them Off, and back On then reconnect with the network.

    4) Turn off your device for a few minutes, before attempting to launch the game again.

    5) Go to the device’s Settings Menu, then go to Applications, then Manage Applications, and select the Game Application and tap ‘Clear Data’.

    After you have downloaded and installed the game app and started it once while connected to the internet (WiFi network) to ensure you have received the latest data from our servers, you should be able to play while disconnected from the internet.
