in The Walking Dead - Season 2 - PC/Mac Support

I have been trying to fix my problem by following the advice of several of these posts.... Episode 1 works, but episodes 2-5 say unavailable for download. It also says not network connection. Ugh! please help! I've redownloaded it twice, no help. I have my firewall turned off. I don't know what to do.

    I apologize for the inconvenience. Can you please clarify if you are currently using a Wireless internet connection, or a Wired internet connection to download the episodes with?

    We are having the exact same issue, but with The Wolf Among Us! We are using a wireless connection which otherwise appears to be working fine. According to my profile, I've bought all five episodes, but only episode 1 works -- all the rest say "Coming Soon." (We are also on a Mac)

    Please try deleting your SyncFs folder from your

    ~Library/Application Support/Telltale Games/The Wolf Among Us/ file directory,

    and then restart the game, and you should receive any of the necessary updates to make Episodes 2-5 available to download. (Your Library folder is sometimes hidden, to make it visible, please open a Finder window, and at the top of the screen, click Go and hold down the Option key. The Library will now become available in the drop down menu. Click that and follow the above file path, and delete the 'SyncFs' folder and restart the game)
