Install Disc version on hard drive?

in The Walking Dead - Season 2 - Xbox 360 Support

We just purchased the disc based version of Walking Dead Season 2 for Xbox 360. I went to install the game on the hard drive but it does not have that option. This is the first disc based game I have seen this option missing for. Is this on purpose? If so why?

    I apologize for the delayed response. The full game is playable directly from the disc, and there is not a way to install the game from the disc onto the console.
