Episode 1 for 360
I bought The Wolf Among Us for $4.99 from Xbox Live Arcade (I have the billing confirmation) but I only received the free demo version. I played the demo, which was about five minutes long, and it took me to the chapter select, but episode 1 is still only the demo version. I tried to unlock episode 1 from the title screen but it said I'd already purchased it, so I re-downloaded it, clicked 'unlock episode 1' again and it said "error: failed".
I cleared my cache, restarted my console, replayed the demo, re-downloaded episode 1 again, and got the "error: failed" message. I'm really frustrated; I just want to play the game I payed for.

I apologize for the inconvenience. Please make sure that you have deleted the Demo/Trial Version of the game from your console, and download the Full Game version of Episode 1 from the Xbox Marketplace. Otherwise the Full Game version will not unlock.
