Black screen
Hi,
Since nearly one month I send a mail to your support because TWD2 doesn't work since the last update. In fact I have a black screen when I open it..
The only answer that I had was "we're sorry blabla...". I answered back then nothing... Nothing I was done nobody try to help me..
I bought the Pass and I really would like to play the game but please if you can't do anything I just want my money back..

I apologize for the inconvenience. Below are a few potential solutions:
1) Make sure your OS is updated to the most recent version
2) Force stop the application, and then relaunch it
3) Reset your WiFi settings by turning them Off, and back On then reconnect with the network.
4) Turn off your device for a few minutes, before attempting to launch the game again.
5) Go to the device’s Settings Menu, then go to Applications, then Manage Applications, and select the Game Application and tap ‘Clear Data’.
6) Delete the application from your device, and re-download it from the App Store (Please note that this will delete your save data)
Ok... I already done this more than twice.. and it doesn't work!
I had a mail with the same answer and the guy didn't do anything to help me after this! This is why I register here, I need a solution or a refund...
You know what... I just ask for a refund, I'm so disappointed about telltale support..
