Multiple profiles on xbox 360, only one is "allowed" to play
We have multiple profiles on our xbox and only one is able to play the game (the profile that officially bought the game). Even though all the episodes are downloaded and paid for, no other profiles can play the game and the game insists we purchase the episodes, saying that it's not even on the xbox. Whether the profile is signed onto xboxlive or not seems to have no effect either way. The profile that bought the game originally can play every episode without any problems, signed into xboxlive or without internet connection. We have tried to delete and re-download, it didn't make a difference. What is the problem? Why can only one profile access the content we paid for?

I apologize for the inconvenience. Can you please clarify if you have multiple Xbox 360s that the profiles are registered on, or if you have changed/purchased a new console in the recent past? If so, you may just need to transfer the license of your purchased content to your current console.

There is only one xbox, so there is no license problem. All the licenses are on one Xbox 360, as are the profiles.
Please try Clearing your System's Cache, then restart the game while connected to the internet, and logged into the Xbox Live profile that originally purchased the game, and make sure to download the latest Title Update for the game when prompted. This should allow you to play the game on multiple profiles.
