Season 1, Episode 5: Black sceen with no cursor
Please help. I have the CD-version of the walking dead season 1, when i finished episode 4 and started episode 5, it shows only a black screen with no cursor. I can see the subtitles and the text when i press esc. But only black screen with no cursor even if i go to the menu. The menu text shows white but nothing else is on the screen. When i start the game i see the colours and stuff but when i start the episode 5 only black screen with no cursor. Here is the link for the support tool results: https://www.sendspace.com/file/4ztm89

Can you please clarify if you can hear the game sound and character voices in the background? If so, please try starting the game again, and when you see the blank/black screen, please try switching the game to Windowed Mode using the shortcut (Alt+Enter for PC, Command+F for Mac) and see if you are then able to see the game correctly. If so, please then try changing the game's resolution and/or graphics settings to a lower setting, and click Apply. Then try switching back to Full Screen Mode by using the same shortcut, and your issue should then be resolved.
