Transferring guns?

I read somewhere that you'll be able to get guns for the other games in this but I have all of my games on the 360 and wanted to get this for my PS4. My first question is wondering if this is correct and the second question is if I will be able to move the guns from the ps4 to my 360 games?

    If I can send over that Atlas SMG to my TPS game I'll be soooooooo happy (as long as it also STAYS Atlas. No manufacturer swapping just because Atlas isn't in TPS) :3

    Also I want the Pestilent Defiler from BL1 back :D

    I think it will be tied to your SHiFT account or maybe something like a global code that you can use on any platform. I mean... Pre-Sequel isn't on PS4, so it would make more sense to have it just tied to your SHiFT email or something :p
