game froze
I was playing the game with no problems, and out of nowhere the game froze after trying to load the next cut scene, so I restarted the game, and now it freezes and it tries to connect to the servers

Same exact thing is happening to me. Was working fine last night, now I can't play it at all. Don't know what to do.
I am getting the same freeze at "connecting to server".

I sincerely apologize for any difficulties you have experienced. Can you please clarify during which loading/cut scene in the game that it froze? Also, when you are attempting to connect to the servers, are you still able to access the Xbox Dashboard by pressing the Xbox Button, or is the console completely frozen?
I can get to the Xbox One dashboard but when I select " back" on it, it goes to a black screen , though I still hear the music.
My apologies. When you reach the connecting screen, and the game freezes, please try hard resetting the console by holding the Power button down for 10 seconds. Then after the console resets, try starting the game again, and you should be able to progress past the connecting screen.
