Game crashes after "Previously on" Ep. 3

After the game recaps what happened on episode 3, the loading music plays, with a black screen... Have to force quit the app to get out of it.

I've tried the apple f business, as well as change the graphics... what do I do?

    I'm on a Mac if that helps... TWD both seasons worked fine... I spent good money on this game and am loving it so far!

    Can you please clarify what you mean by apple f? If you haven't yet, I recommend try changing it to Windowed Mode using the Mac shortcut (Command+F) and see if you are able to start the episode successfully.
