Saves between consoles

Is there any was to transfer or copy saves from the xbox 360 version of the walking dead (both seasons preferably and the wolf among us as well) to the xbox one? I would be willing to buy them again at the normal price on the new console if i can upload my saves, but i probably wont if i cant get my progress between the consoles (waiting for season 3 of twd and season 2 of the wolf among us)
