TFTB Support Tool

In order to efficiently provide support we need some information.
The Support Tool is basically just a batch/script file that collects general system information, and data related to Tales from the Borderlands, such as a directory listing of the contents of the install folder and savegame folder, and crash events caused by the game.

PC
Please download and run the TFTB PC Support tool. It will take a while. Let it run until it says "FINISHED" at the bottom.
Once it's done it will open an explorer window containing a file named "TFTB_support_data_pc.zip".
Please upload that file to an instant filehoster and post the download link into a new reply in your thread.

Mac
Please download the TFTB Mac Support Tool.
You should see the TFTB_Mac_Support_Tool folder in your downloads. However, if you have disabled Safari's automatic unzipping, click the TFTB_Mac_Support_Tool.zip to unzip it.
Open the TFTB_Mac_Support_Tool folder.
Right click on "TFTB_create_support_data.sh.command" and select "Open". A window might pop up. Click "Open".

The script will run in a terminal window. Once it shows "Process Completed" you can close that window.
You should now find a file named "TFTB_support_data_mac.zip" in the TFTB_Mac_Support_Tool folder.
