Could five protagonists be too much?

It seems like they want to do it like the TV show and books with various main characters BUT we will probably only get 6 episodes as opposed to 7 seasons ( at least) of the TV show
I would rather have 2 or 3 better developed protagonists instead of playing every member of the family

    Actually the story of the game takes place between end of season 3 and start of season 5. So it's basically just one season of the show. And it seems we will have only 3 characters per episode to play as, at least that's the case with the first one. In first episode we play as Mira, Ethan and Gared. I trust ttg can make it work. :)
