Why can't I address Lord Ramsay properly?
He should be Lord Ramsay of House Bolton, Lord of Winterfell and Heir to the North. Not Lord Ramsay Snow. He got legitimized in the show and in the books and he's very keen on correcting people in the books.
Also today I learned getting sent to the wall to face R'hollr knows what and never being able to leave is preferable to losing three fingers.

He hasn't been legitimized yet at this point in the story,
this is after the Red Wedding, not where they are in the show,
after Moat Cailin he will probably become Ramsay Bolton in this game as well (if they get to that point in the story)
Even if he were legitimized we're addressing him not announcing him.
Well we at least wouldn't call him Lord Snow.
Oh yeah that's right. They don't legitimize him until the end of Season 4. My mistake.
I'd be calling him Lord Whodafuckcares...
