** SPOILER ** Getting out from under the wagon?

My first TTG. Controls are quite unfamiliar and strange. Crawl under wagon in the intro. Wagon falls on you. Giant "Q" displays on screen but you can not click on it. You can hit Q on the keyboard but that also does nothing on my end. can someone shed some light please and thanks.

    You have to tap it repeadately, not just hit it once or twice. You will see a green edge around the Q filling up - when it is full you are clear.

    There seems to be a mistake on the PC Version where sometimes pressing Q repeadetly will not work. It should work after reloading once.
