External Storage Problem

I'm trying to download Walking Dead to my Galaxy S5 (which has a 16GB Micro SD card installed), but it keeps popping up as "Error downloading 'The Walking Dead: Season One'. There is insufficient space on external storage." I can't understand why it says this, even after formatting the SD card. The "internal storage", the "phone storage" AND the SD card's storage all have several GB's of free space available. What does it mean by this message, and is there way I can fix it? (BTW, it gives the same message for Season 2)

    I apologize for the inconvenience. The Walking Dead game applications are only designed to install to internal storage, and cannot be installed on an external storage device. If you have sufficient space on your internal storage, and you are still experiencing the error message, I recommend contacting Google Play Support for further assistance, as they may have more suggestions for you to try and resolve the issue.
