I recommend retrying again now, and you should be able to download it. If you are still unable to, and you have already purchased the Season Pass, please try opening the PSN Store again, and go to your View Downloads menu, and the downloads should be available from there. If they are not, please try searching for Game of Thrones from the Search function in the store, and you should be able to find the downloads.

Could you please provide a screenshot of the store page that you purchased the game from? Are you currently residing/living in the North American region, or the European region? Game of Thrones is currently set to release for PS3 EU next Wednesday, December 10th.

same issue here. bought the season pass a couple days ago. cant download it, get 3 loading lines and the nothing happens. can´t find the first episode on the ps store either. so i can´t download the season pass nor i´m able to download the first episode because it isn´t there.

So we pay about 20 euros for each game and we get nothing in return. This makes me really mad. I love telltale, I really do, but they also always have those kind of problems. And the reason why it upsets me it is because I really like their games. They have real potential. But these kind of things are really a downer.
I'm from Finland and I've got the same problem. Even though if I remember correctly I saw 'try demo' button but I didn't choose to download it. I purchased the game because I thought everything is working fine. Now the game doesn't start downloading (Season Pass). I can see the first episode also and it downloads but it's very, very small file (downloading time takes couple of seconds) - and after downloading it doesn't show up anywhere.
After I already purchased the game I can't find the demo anywhere and if I search the game / first episode it can't be found.

Have just called the PS3 Support and indeed the good man could not help me. But the problem seems to be known and they working on it ...
So far so unsatisfying.

telltale said they are aware of the problem and that they contacted sony about it.. said they hope to have an update for us as soon as possible..
also said its not telltale's fault but sony's...
hopefully soon.. we did what we could.. contacted sony support, telltale support, and both said they know about this and try to fix it..
I guess we wont get an update til monday.. and if we're lucky we get it on wednesday when the store updates.. I doubt that we get anything before that..its the weekend now..

true.. love telltale too.. but they're not making it easy for us to love them with constant situations like these..

Hope you will resolve this soon. Just laid down 24,99 Euro and got absolutely nothing in return.

as far as i know the US store gets updated every tuesday and the EU store gets the update one day later.
