Infinite "Connecting to server" loading screen

I just installed the game on XboxOne, but I can't play it. As the title suggests, I get stuck on an infinite "connecting to server" screen. The gears aren't spinning, but the music is still playing in the background. I tried turning my console off an on, resetting my router, uninstalling and re-installing, still doesn't work.

    Never mind, it was an issue with the console, it's working now.

    I contacted Xbox support and they gave me a list of steps to follow, contact them and they can fill you in.

    @Yertos If you experience the issue again, and are stuck on the screen, please hold down the power button for 10 seconds to hard reset your console, and then start the game, and you should not experience the issue again.
