You remember that guard who begged for mercy . Well if you pay attention and spared him you can actually see him on the first Ramsey snow scene . He looks at you in shock and then pretends he didn't see you. He can also be seen later on house forrester with the rest of ramsey's crew. So yeah that hes Nick 2 now....

    whoa, i spared him(I'm always falling for the "I've got a family to feed" thing, ALWAYS) and totally missed it, that is awesome, kudos to telltale for making our choices affect small things like that :D

    also goes to subvert the highly irritating "no good deed goes unpunished" trope.

    He still appears if you kill him. I watched a youtube vid rather than test it.
