Can't sign into Telltale or view choices

Hi I am experiencing problems with both this game and Game of Thrones. I have completed both episodes but I can't view my choices on both games or sign into my telltale games account on both games.

    I apologize for the inconvenience. If you are receiving a Telltale Games Log In pop up right when starting the game, please close out of the game(You should not receive a Telltale Games Log In window pop up message), and restart your Steam Client.Then after Steam has finished opening, click Play on the game again, and before you click on the 'Click To Continue' screen, try waiting a few minutes before clicking to continue. You should then not experience the issue/pop up again.

    Apologies for my confusion, if you are experiencing this on Xbox 360, can you please clarify what the error message states when you try to log into your Telltale account on Xbox 360? Also, can you please clarify what country/region you are currently residing in?

    Hi, the message says - Sorry, Telltale servers are not currently available. Please try again later. This is also happening on Game of Thrones, also I am in the UK.

  • I'm having the same problem for my tales from the borderlands game, I'm on Xbox 360, I'm in Canada though, it's been like this for two weeks, please help.

  • I too am having the same problem. I live in Indiana US, am using Xbox 360, and when I try to sign into my Telltale account on Tales From Borderlands it says Telltale servers are not currently working. It's been doing this for a week now.

    Thank you for providing the extra information, I will make sure to pass it along to the team for further investigation. We are currently looking into an issue where stats/choices are not showing up for players/players unable to log in.

I am on the Xbox 360 and getting the message 'The game is having a problem communicating with Telltale servers, Please visit http://ttg.io/cs for more information' Anyway this could be fixed TelltaleMike?

    @RhianLouise and @Liltreehoe Are you two currently connected through a wired connection, or through a wireless network connection? If you were connected wirelessly, I recommend try either connecting through a wired connection, or try resetting your wireless network access point (Modem/Router), then after you have reconnected, try starting the game again and see if you are then able to connect and log in successfully.
