Weird bug or did i something wrong? (spoiler for new players)

I started yesterday to play Game of Thrones it all went great at the beginning until they begin to fight.
Your character run then is the part where you grab the shield after that the death of Rodrik and then
you come to the guys with the crossbows.

The arrow shows up then i move my shield up and I get shot, first in the stomach then in the head.
I tried this scene now about 30 times and I won't get threw it.

Has anyone the same issue or am I the only one?

Please help i just want to play this game :(
