Season 2 Freezing problem

So I've been playing season 2 on Xbox One and every now and then the game will freeze for about 1-3 seconds and it seems to be related to a checkpoint/auto save system. Basically it freezes the music keeps playing but all voices stop then it unfreezes and when it unfreezes the little symbol in the bottom right or top of the screen spins, that's why I'm assuming it has to do with the auto save or checkpoint system.

Is there a way to fix this or is it something that I'm going to have to deal with?

    Minor hitching may occur during autosaving or loading sequences. If you are experiencing major hitching or lagging, I recommend rewinding to the chapter/checkpoint before you started experiencing the issue, and replay that part of the episode, and see if the same hitching occurs.
