Season Pass problems

I bought the season pass for Tales from the Borderlands but can't find it anywhere in my downloads. I know on the ps3 you need to download the demo first or something like that, but I can only find the season pass on the ps4 store, not the demo, the first episode, an unlock key or anything like that, and can find no way of actually downloading. I feel like I'm being dense and not noticing something obvious, but I was just wondering if there was an issue with the episode not showing up? I'm in the UK, if that helps.

I apologize for the inconvenience. If you have purchased the Season Pass, you should not need to download a Demo. You should have been prompted with a download button to download the game onto your PS4. Please check your PS4's home screen and see if Tales From The Borderlands is there. If it is not, please go to the Playstation Store and go to your Library, and you should be able to find the game there to download.
Hi, thanks for your reply -- unfortunately, I've looked on my homescreen, in my downloads, and in my Library on the PS store, but it's not there. I've looked at my account on the PS site as well and while Borderlands is listed as purchased, it's not listed under my games. When I go to the season pass page on the store, it tells me I've purchased it but there's no way of downloading it that I can see. I feel like I must be missing something, but it must be very well hidden if that's the case!
Can you please clarify if you can log into your PSN account on the Playstation Store website, and download it to your console directly from the website?
Hi Mike, I just purchased the season pass on ps4 and i cant download anything. It does not show up on my ps4's: Library, download list/queue, and it does not appear on the playstation store website in download list either... But it is in my purchase history on playstation store, but there is no way to download from the purchase list... Please help!!!
My apologies, if you purchased the Season Pass for PS4, the download should start automatically. Please note that you will need both the Episode 1 Demo/Trial version, and the Season Pass Unlock Key downloaded and installed onto your PS4 in order for the Full Game to unlock.
