cant sign into telltale xbox 360
hi so i just recently bought Tales from the Borderlands for the xbox 360 and it asked if i wanted to sign up
first thing that went wrong was when i was signing up it told me my password was invalid so i went and changed my password choice and it told me that my account was already taken so what i did was i got on my computer got on here signed in with the first password activated my account and now everytime i try and sign in in game it says my account this one im making this message on does not exist
please help its driving me nuts

Can you please clarify if you created your Telltale account for the first time through your Xbox 360, or did you create your account here on our website through a computer?
I appear to be having this same problem. Signed up for my account through your website, and now Game of Thrones keeps saying I'm using an invalid e-mail address on Xbox 360.
If you are receiving an invalid email address error message, you may be either entering it in wrong at the sign in screen, or you may have entered it incorrectly while creating an account. I recommend try logging out of this website, then log back in using your email address, and see if you receive the same message. If you do, please send an email to our Support Staff at Support@Telltalegames.com, and they will be able to assist you further with your issue.
I've tried this, but it still seems to be giving me the same error message. I also sent a request to support as you suggested back on the 16th, but haven't received a reply as of yet.
My apologies. Could you please provide the Unique Ticket Number that you received in an auto response after emailing Support@Telltalegames.com? I will then send it to our Support Staff, and see if I can get your email looked into.
Figures! I deleted the initial auto-reply, as I figured it wouldn't be needed. My fault.
