Monkey Island Flash Movie

Hi folks!

A german Monkey Island fan, who is studying new media and graphics designs, created a flash movie wrapping up the plot of "The Secret of Monkey Island"
a couple of years ago.

I just stumbled over its english version - and since I still think it's
funny as hell, here's the link in case you missed it:

    That was epic, and really well done. I have to admit though that I winced at Stan somehow having become a Chinese stereotype. "THIS SHIP COSS WUN FOUSAAN DOLLAH!!"

    Wonderful satire of how crazy the natives were, though!

    Haha! That one is the greatest. Talking of fan video thingies - have you guys seen this: (you might want to make sure your speakers are turned down a little bit, though)

    You should give him a call and get him a cameo voice role in the game (like as a random pirate). I love his different little voices for bit parts, especially Bob toward the end.

    I saw this a year ago and thought it was very clever must have taken them ages to create all that but I bet it was worth it.

    I've watched in both German and English, it's absolutely brilliant.
    It's things like this that have filled the void where a new MI would have been.
