Steam Download Issue - Mac
Not sure if this is a game thing or a Steam thing, but when I'm in the Steam client in my library and I click to install GoT, the window that pops up that usually says how big the file is, how much is available, and how long it will take, but instead it just says that I'm about to install GoT and has none of that other information. If I proceed to download, it doesn't actually download anything, but it thinks it has. When I click to play the game, it gives the Missing Executable error message. This is a brand new MBP running Yosemite and Steam is up to date. I played the first episode of GoT on a Windows machine because I couldn't get this one to work, but I'd prefer to play it on my Mac.

My apologies, please try completely restarting your Steam Client, and/or your computer, and see if you can then see the install size properly. If you are still unable to, please also try opting out of the Steam Beta, if you have it enabled through Steam (http://steamcommunity.com/discussions/forum/1/828934424165581080/)
Hmm, I tried rebooting and also changing the Beta settings, but same results. It's strange, it's only doing this for GoT. I don't know if it matters, but my Steam key was provided to me before the game was out. At the time, I tried to play it on a different Mac with the same results as the one I'm currently attempting to use. Any other ideas? Thank you for your help.
Unfortunately I have not heard of this particular issue before. I recommend contacting Steam Support, as there may be an issue with Steam, or your Steam Client not updating properly.
