I have a problem i downloaded the game from google play but after few minutes of playing the game crashes . It's two moment's 1) When Bigby head upstairs and the 2) When Bigby throws Da Woodsman out the building . I tried to restart my phone , re-installing the game , i don't know what to do now . I'm using Alcatel OneTouch 2S so it's Adreno i think .

    I apologize for the inconvenience. Below are a few more potential solutions:

    1) Make sure your OS is updated to the most recent version

    2) Force stop the application, and then relaunch it

    3) Reset your WiFi settings by turning them Off, and back On then reconnect with the network.

    4) Turn off your device for a few minutes, before attempting to launch the game again.

    5) Go to the device’s Settings Menu, then go to Applications, then Manage Applications, and select the Game Application and tap ‘Clear Data’.

    6) Delete the application from your device, and re-download it from the App Store (Please note that this will not delete your save data)

    I tried all of these and both TWAU and WDS1 crash during loading screen atill

    Can you please clarify what Android device/model you are currently using to play the game, and what Android OS version you are currently updated to?
