Let me quote something the mother says in the diner "I moved on after William, Chloe.. she just chose to stay angry"
Exactly my point, Chloe chose to stay angry and rebel instead of choosing to moving on. I understand why not everyone can move on and cope on the spot, especially at that age, and I can sympathise. But in Chloe's case she doesn't seem to want to learn from her ordeals and strive to be a better person, and instead allow herself to continue digging herself in a hole she can't get out of.
I don't approve of David's actions either, even if it is hinted that he suffers from some form of PTSD. Even if Chloe is difficult to deal with, physical abuse is not the way to make a point. Both of them need help at the end of the day.
I'm hoping that in the next episode, we get the option to have Max call Chloe out on her poor attitude and give her a wake up call. Perhaps this will motivate Chloe into admitting that she needs help and strive to get better.
Yes its a low blow to pin it on Max, but I can see why she reaches out to her after being caught. To be fair she only pins it on you if you … moresuck at hiding, In fact she tells you to hide in the first place so you don't get caught. You say she refuses to overcome her problems like she can do it in a heartbeat.
Let me quote something the mother says in the diner "I moved on after William, Chloe.. she just chose to stay angry"
If my father whom I loved died, then a short while after my mother starts shagging another guy and he is living under the same roof as me, then starts trying to control the whole family in a militarised way, and also physically abuses me multiple times (This is evident in the scene when he hits here.. thats clearly not the first time as she says "thats the last time" so we can assume the child abuse has been going on for a while) I would feel pretty damn angry for a number of years.
Of course what you said is true … [view original content]
I found it amazing. I like how you can just walk around, looking through stuff while Max tells her opinions. And the music is great. Surprisingly choices you think wouldn't matter actually do, later. Story itself is very interesting and always giving you stuff to think about and all those theories. If you aren't satisfied with your choice just rewind it
I am considering of buying this game, but I need some encouragement and some personal opinions from you guys.
Can you please tell me abou… moret the pros and cons of the game? So far, I love the atmosphere, soundtrack of the game and the protagonist Max, but is the story and other characters good enough to buy the game?
So it seems like there might have been an ending at the lighthouse, where you're with Chloe, at the end of episode 2, but since the endings are FMVs (I learned this, through a discussion with @Megami_Kizukanai), the Chloe ending was, likely, never finished.
There could be a number of reasons why. Maybe Dontnod simply didn't have the time or budget, or maybe they simply wanted to give Warren some actual screentime. Look at how much time Chloe is on screen, and then compare it with Warren's screen time. Maybe the choice also didn't make much sense? Couldn't Max just ask Warren if he could take her to the cliff, and they have, pretty much, the same conversation in his car?
Well... this is interesting.

LIS better have an ending where Max watches the town getting destroyed by the tornado from the top of the light house hill as she laughs maniacally. Just for funzies, if so all faults with this game can be forgiven.

Hmm, maybe. According to Megami, there was no such thing as a Chloe ending in the leaked builld of episode 2, so maybe, due to the release schedule, they were unable to finish it. Maybe whatever they had could be reused in a future episode.

Hmm, but thing is Kate and Max have already cheated death due to the time rewind so like...they'd always die too...:/
Max only dies non canon, E.G she walks into a train or something
And really if chole got shot in the bathroom like she was meant to plenty of stuff would have changed, the school likely would have been shut and while Kate's video would still be there, max wouldnt be distracted by chole and everyone else would be focused on the shooting not, kate and her vid. Thats if everyone wasnt immediatley sent home
Consider it like this guys. The game takes place in the course of 5 days right, and Kate goes to the hospital if you save her. The most your going to get from Kate for the rest of the season is maybe some Texts from her and some recognition from the students. Also going on another tangent the choosing to shoot the gun or not choice was REALLY lame. A lot of the choices in episode 2 were basically only for some extra dialogue for Kate's scene at the end. Sure you saved Kate and that's awesome that's an option. The game is just as tailored as any Telltale game. the only problem is that this game includes awful lip syncing and some pretty cringe worthy dialogue. I'm enjoying Life is Strange but as of right now its just game a I'll be playing as an appetizer.

Well, I can't argue with that. However, that theory is kinda far-fetched and probably wasn't even thought of by the developers 'cause as for right now Jefferson and the principal aren't major characters. That would be an epic plot twist tho, I ship it tbh.

You made the right decision bro!
You could have at least smiled Max

Plenty of gay people are doing heterosexual relationship to hide their real preference.
Marrying?!?!
Mr Wells, the principal, is black.
Dat pose.

F###? Well... I guess, after all...
Even now, I can't tell if they're being serious or just joking.
They're probably joking... or are they? It's probably determinant.
OH MY GOD
Or they could've changed it because of the leaks....
She has to take her power seriously :P

Kate could still die, when did Max avoid death by time traveling? I forget.
The file documents it might be showing a bit of the room then a new document file,(theory) until max.

This game looks amazing definitly getting it before episode 3 comes out
Can't see it.
Ergh! Why does this always happen with my photos?
I ask myself the exact same question every time I try posting a link here, and it screws me over. X< So irritating.

I think we might visit Kate if she was saved, and if she wasn't we'll visit her grave or perhaps just the memorial.
I can see that happening. Hopefully it does.
Nothing is shown in EP2's shower scene, this game utter shit!
When the lighthouse falls on her.
I mean, its determinant I think, but the vast majority of playythroughs have had it happen on youtube.
Yes. That is exactly what I keep thinking that will happen in episode 3 while Max and Chloe are hanging out again.
Im so glad they didnt sexualize Max.

I'm not, this non sexual characters bullshit is getting on my nerves.
Go watch porn m8 if your sexually frustrated over a game.. your embarrassing yourself.
I'm missing something obvious here aren't it......
