I don´t think it necessarily means we won´t be getting a season 2...just that it´s probably going to get delayed. As much as I´d rather have them working on TWAU S2 and TWD S3 like they did this year.

Bigby's voice actor Adam Harrington even went to Telltale and asked them, but all he got were ambiguous answers by the Telltale bosses and staff, and this is what keeps fans dangling for hope (like me) for Season 2. Telltale has been doing this for several month now (either just giving ambiguous answers or saying nothing at all), and for them to be just giving to us the Minecraft announcement when we were waiting (several months already) to hear something about TWAU, that is just NOT COOL.
Even if Telltale announced they will no longer be working on further seasons of TWAU, while I would be incredibly sad (since I loved the first season) I would have appreciated them for not keeping us in the dark for a long time and be more forgiving (even though Minecraft Telltale game is something I have practically ZERO interest in), and be a bit relieved that the waiting is over.
But no. No announcement at all about TWAU (about whether there's plans for Season 2 or not etc), and all we got was Minecraft announcement (and we're further being kept in the dark about Season 2 status).
If Telltale keeps us waiting for much longer, only to tell us later that there will be no more Seasons of TWAU, I will be incredibly pissed off at them.
TWAU Fans deserve explanation of why Minecraft was announced, but there has been basically zero announcement of TWAU for all this time. And I don't think that is unreasonable.
