"coming soon" problem for episodes 2-5 in TWD season 1 (mac)
Hi. I can't get the rest of the episodes in season one. I've followed this: http://www.telltalegames.com/community/discussion/33233/twd-season-1-unofficial-alternative-pc-mac-episode-download-options with the hope that it would fix the problem, uninstalled and reinstalled both in and the game, but when it comes to moving on from episode one, it only shows "coming soon" and not the "get" that I thought the above link was supposed to help with. Or, do I need to replay episode one and will that make the following episodes available? Thanks for your help.

Please try deleting your SyncFs folder from your
~Library/Application Support/Telltale Games/The Walking Dead 2/ file directory,
and then restart the game, and you should receive any of the necessary updates to make Episodes 2-5 available to download.
Thanks. I've given this a try, but the SyncFs file won't stay deleted. I've restarted the game after deleting it and even left the finder window open and the file pops up as soon as it starts to run. Do I need to uninstall and reinstall or is the game just not going to work for me as I keep getting the "coming soon" thing. Thanks for any help.
The SyncFs folder should return as you start the game, because it holds all of the game's updated files when you start the game. If you are still experiencing the same issue, I recommend uninstalling the game, then deleting your Walking Dead file directory from ?Application Support/Telltale Games/
Then reinstall the game, and make sure that you are connected to a strong internet connection before starting the game for the first time, and the game should update properly.
I did this as well and now get a message that it can't be opened because the identity of the developer cannot be confirmed. I can't seem to find a way to get around this. Is there a way to get a refund since this turning into more of a hassle than it's worth? Thanks so much.
My apologies, you may need to disable Gatekeeper. To do this, click the Apple logo on the top toolbar and select System Preferences. Now select Security. If the padlock in the bottom left corner of this screen is not open, click on it. You will now see 3 options for downloaded applications, they are: Mac Store, Mac Store and identified developers, and Anywhere. Please select Anywhere and then confirm your selection. Once this is done, please attempt to re-download the game from our website. You should no longer see the damaged file messaging.
Okay, I've done everything that's been suggested and still have the coming soon thing for the rest of the episodes regardless. Is there someone I can contact about getting my money back?
