Problems communicating??
I am unable to sign into my telltale account (in game), I receive this message everytime: The game is having problems communicating with the telltale server. please visit http://... FYI: I am playing on 360 with a wired connection in Canada

Can you please clarify if you are able to get into the game by selecting 'No Thank You'? If you are experiencing an issue only when signing into your Telltale account, please also try Clearing your System's Cache, then start the game again, and try signing into your account again.
I am able to play the game just fine.. alas I am still unable to log into my telltale account on my console. I have cleared my system cache and restarted the game only to get the same error message. Is there anything else I can try? I really enjoy this game and am eagerly awaiting episode 2, that being said I am more than a little frustrated at not having access to all of it's features. thank you.
We have received a few reports from Xbox 360 players unable to log into their Telltale account successfully. Can you please clarify if you are connected over a wireless internet connection, or a wired connection? Also, can you please clarify what country/region you are currently living in, and what your Xbox Gamertag is? I can then pass your information along to the team for further investigation into the issue.

I apologize for the delayed response. Can you please clarify if you are able to successfully log in now? If not, please try restarting the game a few times while connected to the internet and logged into your Xbox Live account, and try signing into your Telltale account. Please also make sure that you have tried using both your username and email address to log into your account on the sign in screen.
