Purchased season pass; episodes still unavailable

I installed the game on my Kindle Fire HD, then purchased the season two pass on Amazon. I was able to download episodes 2 and 3, after which the listings for episodes 4 and 5 reverted to the "Buy" option. I tried uninstalling the game from my device and deleting it from cloud storage, with power and network cycling between attempts, but every time I reinstall it none of the episodes appear to have been purchased. (My order did go through, and my card has been billed.)

Per the suggestion posted in various threads by TellTale staff I also tried buying the season pass from the in-game Episodes screen a second time... this did not give any sort of "You already purchased this" message, but instead created a new digital order on my Amazon account. (Amazon's support staff cancelled the duplicate order for me.)

My season one game still shows the entire season as having been purchased, and both purchases are listed in my digital order history on Amazon, but despite my every effort I can't download any of the premium season two content. Amazon doesn't provide support for in-app purchases, and I can't simply get a refund for this purchase since I downloaded episodes two and three before this problem cropped up.

    I apologize for the inconvenience. Can you please clarify if when you attempted to go through the purchase path again, that you went through the same purchase path that you originally purchased the Season Pass with? When you originally purchased the Season Pass, did you purchase it in-app, through the Amazon App Store on your device, or using a computer accessing the Amazon Store website?
