Had to purchase episode 1 after purchasing season pass

I purchased the season pass and it was downloading then disappeared from my desktop. I went to download it again, but it said it was installed. But I can't go anywhere to play the game. So I went to the episode 1 specific page and purchased it there. That's downloading fine, but I've now been charged twice. Once for the season pass, and once for episode 1. Is this common, or where can I find the originally downloaded game?

    Please note that as stated on the Season Pass's page, the Season Pass includes Episodes 2-6 (Episode 1 sold separately). Episode 1 is the Base Game where you will download all of the later episodes to, and is not included in the Season Pass.
