TTG Account - Problem Typing In Fields

in Tales from the Borderlands – Xbox One Support

Xbox One: TFTB Episode 1 > Main Menu > TTG Account --- pressing "A" button on controller does not bring up keyboard to allow entry of Email & Password. I am able to move the red arrow cursor and "B" button does Cancel. Controller works fine during game play.

    RESOLVED:

    This was NOT a game problem --- Xbox One software was the cause --- actually had more problems with Xbox then I was aware of at time.

    Did "reset" --- held power button on console until power-off and then unplugged Xbox for at least 1 minute to clear cache --- "problems" fixed.
