unable to import season 1 save game
Hi, I've tried everything to get this to work but it refuses to acknowledge that I have a completed season 1 save.
I just completed v1.16 of S1 and have v1.31of S2.
I'm running a galaxy tab-s.
Would appreciate any help you could provide. And yes, I open, press play, click change save slot, select slot 1 or 2, then press OK when it says it wants to import.

I apologize for the inconvenience. Can you please clarify if you are still able to see your saves when starting Season One? Also, did you ever move, or alter your save files in any way on your device? Have you tried force closing all other apps other than Season Two when attempting to import your saves? If you are able to see your Season One save files, we have had a few reports where people open Season One to view their saves, then open Season Two, and they are then able to import successfully. I recommend trying this, and see if you are able to import them.
I am having the exact same issue. I did what was suggested here but still won't import. I've even uninstalled n re installed. Still won't import HELP
Can you please clarify if you played through Season One on the same android device as you have Season Two installed on, or are you trying to copy your save files from Season One, from a different Android device? Also, can you please clarify the Android device you are attempting to import your saves to Season Two on, and what Android OS version number you are currently running?
Yes same device, it a Samsung tab4. Not sure how to find what OS version it is, but the android version say 4.4.2 if that helps
Can you please clarify if you can still see your save files in Season One? Also, is your Season One save file a completed save file of Season One, or a partially completed save file? Are both Season One and Season Two updated to the latest version?
Yes, I can see the save file and yes it is complete. No updates available for either season 1 or 2 so yes it's up to date.
My apologies, you should be able to successfully import your save files successfully if everything is up to date, and you can still see your save files in Season One. Please also make sure that when you start Season Two, you are tapping the Play button, then selecting a blank save slot to import your Season One save files into, and the game application will begin to automatically import your saves from Season One. If you still are unable to import your saves, do you currently have the game applications and save files installed to your internal memory, or to an external storage device (SD Card)?
I start the game n then hit "tap to begin" n main menu loads n i select "play" Then I can either "start episode1" or "change save slot". If i start episode 1 it prompts me to import save and I hit "ok" then it tells me it unable to find. If i hit to change save slot all 4 are empty n I select 1,2,3 or 4 and get the same result. Both seasons are on internal memory. I'm thinking I may have just play thur season one again to see I can import then. Tho I rather play thur with my first choices. Thank u for such speedy response.
You're welcome. My apologies I could not resolve your issue for you. I recommend replaying just Episode 1, and then close out of the game after your data has saved. Then start up Season Two, and see if it can find your save data from Episode 1. If it finds it, then you should be able to play the rest of the Episodes of Season One, and then import your saves successfully into Season Two!
