Problems with walking dead kindle edition

I purchased the season pass bundle for season one for the kindle, I went to play the second episode and a button came up which said get I pressed this but nothing seemed to happen tried it with the other episodes does the same, has anyone elso had this problem?

    Please try making sure you have closed any and all apps running in the background by following the steps in This Article. Then try turning off your Kindle device for 5-10 minutes, and then after turning it back on again, start The Walking Dead app, and tap the Get button again after making sure you are connected to a strong internet connection over a WiFi network.
