I was wondering if there is a way to get an email when a new episode is released, so that i won't discover the new episode a week late.

No idea, but Telltale usually announce the dates for their new episodes on Twitter, also whenever they begin to tease the episodes or hint at a trailer.
Subscribe to Telltale's Youtube channel, friend them on Facebook, and follow them on Twitter. They always release the trailer a week or so before the episode is released and they usually give the release dates on Twitter and Facebook a week before.
