Resolution

in The Walking Dead - PC/Mac Support

I tried to change the resolution on TWD game on steam, and now it just goes to a white window that takes up over 3/4 of the screen. I tried to alter the screen resolution in the game's launch options, i tried doing alt + enter to make it a window, and nothing works, can anyone help?

    My apologies, if you are no longer able to see the game's screen, you will need to delete your preferences file. Unfortunately this means you will need to delete your file directory for the game in order to clear your preferences, including your save files. In order to do this, please go to the following location on your computer:

    C:\Users\YOURNAME\Documents\Telltale Games\

    Then delete the 'The Walking Dead' folder from the Telltale Games folder. Then start the game again, and your preferences will be reset to default, and you will be able to see the game again.
