Im stuck on Press "A" button screen for XBOX ONE
I uninstinstalled the game 1x to attempt to fix it but still nothing I just purchased yesterday for the one why isn't it doing anything ??

    I'm actually having the same issue as well, just started today. I have the retail disc version of TWAU for Xbox One, and it freezes at the "Press A" screen when you launch the game, every time. The music keeps playing, but the background movement and color changes freeze and it doesn't go anywhere.

    I'm having the same problem too, I uninstalled the game 1x because it freezes at the continue screen, now it's just stuck at the title screen after the reinstall.

    I'm also having the same issue. Please find my notes on it below :)

    Device: Xbox One w/Kinect

    Description:
    When starting up the wolf among us I am presented with the press A prompt on screen. When I press A it is at first ignored and then on the second press the background freezes and it does not progress beyond this point however the music continues. If I minimize the game and click back in I am presented with a black screen which will remain in place for several minutes before returning to the frozen screen.

    Update- I have found this defect now in other games includes Minecraft and Spartan assault (both downloaded games). Therefore it is possible this could be an OS issue. However its interesting to note that this was all working fine last night

    Update #2- Tried to find a work around but just more issues. When not signed in if you try to start the game and select your profile it freezes with Press on the screen and a half loaded saving sign at the top and bottom

    Update #3- Disconnect from the internet and attempting it did not work

    Update #4- I'm an idiot...I'm a Tester and I didnt try this first....

    Possible Workaround- **

    1. Power off xbox
    2. Turn off at wall
    3. wait 30 seconds
    4. power back on (in my case this was with the internet turned off)
    5. click into the wolf among us
    6. start game

    My apologies for the delayed response. If you start the game and become stuck when you press A to continue, and become stuck on the loading screen, please try hard resetting your console by holding the power button down for 10 seconds, and then start the game again, and you should not experience the issue again.

    My opinion of this is that it is related to issues with Xbox Live services. If the console tries to connect to cloud data/save files/logging in the game locks up if Xbox Live is unavailable or an internet connection is not stable and working. There have been a lot of issues with Xbox Live lately, i imagine this problem will rectify itself and isn't TellTale linked.
