The Walking Dead 2 Savefile Frozen
Hey there!
I need help. Today I wanted to replay TWD 2, but when I need to choose a gamefile, I cant choose anything, and I see my old savefile left, but I cant do anything. I allready tried the Support Tool, but it just opens a little black window for under 1 sec, nothing more nothing less.

I sincerely apologize for the delayed response. Please try running the Support Tool file again. You can also try running it either As an Administrator, or by right clicking the file, and clicking Open. It should open a command window, and will take 5-10 minutes to complete, depending on your computer. It will then output a .zip file that you will upload, and paste the download link in a reply to this discussion.
If you are experiencing an issue with your save files, we have received a small amount of reports from players experiencing a similar issue. In order to be able to resolve the issue, I recommend deleting one of the save slots from your game's file directory if you are using multiple, and see if you are then able to access your saves successfully. To do this, please go to the following file directory:
C:\Users\YOURNAME\Documents\Telltale Games\The Walking Dead Season Two\
Then delete all of the files associated with a save slot. (The files with saveslot2, saveslot3, or saveslot4 in the name) Then restart the game, and see if you are able to access your saves in your other save slots in-game. Again, my apologies for any difficulties this may cause you.
