Episodes 2-5 "coming soon"

I have finished the first episode, and I'm unable to move onto the second one or skip to any others because the game says they are "coming soon." I have tried uninstalling the game, disabling firewalls and my antivirus programs, and reinstalling. This did not work.     After looking over your support tool information, I noticed that you have a non-ASCII character in your Username on your computer. Can you please clarify if removing the '!' from your Username on your computer, then restarting your computer and starting the game again, allows the game to update correctly with Episodes 2-5 as available to download?
