Unable to restore purchases

Hello, I changed devices. Originally when I downloaded the game I purchased episode 2. Then the bundle came out and I bought that one for 19.99 for episodes 2-5 + 400 days. When I attempted to restore it would only let me restore episode 2. I have receipts for my purchases can you help with this issue? Thank you

I apologize for any difficulties this has caused. Please view this FAQ on our iOS community support forum to learn suggestions on how to restore your previously purchased episodes on your iOS device here:

If you are still unable to restore your purchases by following the steps in the workaround thread, please try proceeding through the purchase path to purchase Multi-Pack again, then when you are prompted, enter your password. As long as you are logging into the same Apple account that you originally purchased the game application with, you should be able to tap 'Buy' when it says “Confirm your in-app purchase”, and you will receive a pop up saying “You’ve already purchased this. Would you like to get it again for free?” and tap OK.

Again, apologies for any inconvenience you have experienced.

  • Hey. Been having the same problem. Tried the workaround. Even tried what you suggested above. Ended up getting charged 5 bucks. Partly may be me. Don't remember if I downloaded individual or a pack. In any case, sucks because I'm am out $5. Not going to try the multipack and be out $20. You, and I do not mean you Mike but telltale, need to fix this. As long as it isn't you won't get another dollar from me even if your games are good - wanted to get WD2, borderlands, wolf amoung us, but not now - I cannot trust your company with my purchases. Part of the problem with digital ownership, have nothing to show for it. I should not have to jump through hoops to recover what I already bought telltale should.

My sincerest apologies for the inconvenience. You can also sign into your Apple account on the Apple Website, then look over your purchase history to see if you originally purchased the Season Pass, or the episodes individually. You can also contact Apple Support directly for any duplicate purchases made through the App Store, so that you can revert the purchase and dry again.
