Can't re-download purchased episodes on new device

I purchased episodes 2-5 on my old console but since replacing that for a new console I'm being asked to pay to download them again! I've checked my download history but the episodes aren't there. Can anyone tell me how to download them again without charge?

    Please make sure that you are logged into the same Xbox Live profile that you purchased the game on, and you should be able to re-download the Season Pass file, as well as Episode 1, then once you start the game, you should be able to download the episodes from inside the game's Episodes menu. After you download the Season Pass, the episodes should also show up as 'Free' in the Xbox Marketplace. If they do not show as free, or you are unable to download the Season Pass file, please contact Microsoft Support for further assistance, as there may be an issue with your Xbox Live profile.
