Sam and Max graphical errors *Edit: Problem solved*

I have recently bought Sam and Max seasons 1-3 on Steam,and I am currently experiencing graphical errors,images for my inventory items do not appear,and when I interrogate Jimmy the rat, the background turns black. I also can not see options on the settings screen.

Any help will be absolutely wonderful. Thank you.

My PC specs: Graphics card:Intel HD graphics family

Processor: Intel Core i3-2120 CPU @ 3.30GHz

RAM: 4:00 GB

System type 64-bit operating system.

    Please disregard this. I have solved the problem,however it does crash when you Alt+Tab out of it,it otherwise now works perfectly.
