Game Continuously Freezes

I've just bought the game the on my Model CECH-2001A PS3 and have experienced freezing during cutscenes twice namely when Ramsay and Whitehill enter the Great Hall. The freezing makes it completely unplayable and I'm trying to find a solution.

    I apologize for the inconvenience. Can you please clarify if you have tried rewinding to the previous chapter/checkpoint in the episode before you experienced the issue, and replaying that part, and see if the issue is then resolved?
