Cannot Play 400 days

Hello,

I have purchased from a store here in Greece the disc version of Walking Dead S01 and I've finished all 5 episodes.
I have also purchased from the PS store the DLC 400 days. I have downloaded both Digital and Blu-Ray versions but in the episodes list I still get the message "coming soon".
I've downloaded the digital demo for Episode 01 and now the DLC is playable. The problem is that it doesn't recognize my saved game. Moreover episodes 2-5 need to be purchased again (the 2-5 episodes are playable if I choose to play from disc but then the DLC is not).
Do I have to buy again all the episodes? If so, will my saved game be OK or will I have to play the game from the beginning?
I have already bought Season 2 in disc version, how do I know that the same problem will not occur again?

    I apologize for the inconvenience. Can you please clarify if both the digital download version, and the physical disc version of the game are from the same region? (North American vs. European version?)
