Games won't save (PC, US user - no INTL characters)

Hello TellTale support,
I downloaded the Wolf Among Us for PC from Steam and was disappointed to see that saved games aren't working at all. In the game, all save files are always listed as Empty. If I restart the game, it always starts from the beginning of the chapter. I don't see any save files in the Wolf Among Us folder.

I have seen the threads about the INTL character issue, but I am located in the US and only have English characters in my file path.

Could you please advise how to enable Save?

    After looking over your support tool information, it appears that your Documents file path is directed through a network path, and not on your local computer. Unfortunately the game cannot access saves through a server file path, only locally on the same computer. I recommend creating a Documents file path on your local computer/local drive, then start the game, and it should save correctly.
